My Money
Agreed, paid, outstanding and overdue amounts with due dates. In Phase 1 ColdCast-SA tracks payments and does not hold or move funds.
No Surprise Work
Extra hours, days, media, territories or usage become an Additional Work Request showing original terms, the change and the extra fee.
Ask for Help
Report contract confusion, late payment, unsafe conditions or harassment. Cases are reviewed by trained moderators and fully audited. Not an emergency service.
Verified companies
Companies are checked against CIPC registration and a director’s identity before their first confirmed booking.
Your information under POPIA
Identity evidence is deleted 30 days after a verification decision. Self-tapes are deleted 180 days after a brief closes. Check-in location is captured only with consent and kept for 90 days. You can download or delete your data from settings.
